WhiteWall specialises in producing their own high quality frames from wood or aluminium. Their work is a synthesis of the most modern machines and traditional craftsmanship, guaranteeing the highest quality. WhiteWall frames are precision finished to fit the artwork selected. All frames have a base structure constructed from steel sheets. The photographs are then professionally framed by WhiteWall staff, and securely packaged and delivered.
The structural steel elements are precision welded, and mats are cut to tolerances of millimetres by computer. The craftsmanship of the WhiteWall's team is then brought into play in the assembly of the individual wood profiles. They are extremely skilled in every operation and on every machine. It's their eye for detail that produces the highest quality frames.
Wood frames with 21mm wide profiles (13mm for aluminium). The card mount uses museum board from Hahnemühle, cream colour, PAT tested, extremely light-resistant, with bevel cut according to the subject. Brilliant float glass.
A frame without glass, that accentuates the exhibition quality of the photograph. These are mounted on a 3mm thick panel, with a protective UV film. Then the photograph is placed precisely within a 14mm wood frame, with a 7mm shadow gap.
